While, as far back as I can remember, I’ve had a regular fitness regime, I took to Running only in mid 2013. That event by Pune Running, in which I ran my first 5k, got me hooked to this fitness option. Many runs later, that include a few half marathons, I can’t imagine life without running. For me, it’s the best stress buster, the best meditation, the best medication and the best way to start my day, with my wonderful running buddies!
