My Running History:
Year - 2012 Dec ( attempted walk/run)
Weight - 115kg
Year - 2018 Jan
Weight - 83kgs
Lost 32kgs till now.
1) Did my first half marathon at AHM'2013
2) Have completed 10km x 30days challenge.
3) Have done 20+ half marathons
4) Did 30k once
Was inspired to run to loose weight. And it has now become a lifestyle. Love helping others to follow fitness lifestyle
✓Started a group named #RunningPunters in year 2017 inside Magarpatta city, Pune and now I
1) train folks to do their "Half Marathon"
2) help people to loose weight
3) design diet plans for runners n fitness folks
✓Organized one of it's kind event named #24hrRelayRun inside Magarpatta city where a lot of runners ran all 24hrs. Concept was to run at any hour of the day or night...
So from no where to a running coach for amateurs is my journey... Still a long way to go.
